1. Proprietor PAN Card
2. Income Tax Returns of past 3years
3. Stamp of the propritorship firm
4. Invoice format
5. Address Proof
In case of Partnership Firm
For Partners:
1. Scanned copy of PAN Card
2. Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card
3. Scanned passport-sized photograph
For Firm:
1. Firm PAN Card
2. Notarised Firm Declaration in Form B
3. Income Tax Returns of past 3years
4. Invoice format
5. Declaration for Encumbrances
6. Co-promoters Declaration in Form B
7. Address Proof
Payments
Make payments as per discussion.
