where the land is less than 500 sq.mtrs AND number of apartments is less than 8.

• Compliance of Law since RERA Registration is Mandatory.
• Not possible for Home Buyers to get Loans from banks if the Projects is not registered under RERA.
• Consistent receipts from consumers as per agreement / percentage completion of project.
• Share of consumer for registration charges, municipal taxes, maintenance charges, ground rent, electricity charges, water supply charges, etc.
• Faith of Consumers.
• Increase in investments of Consumers.

In the meanwhile, keep the following documents ready –
For Partners:
1. Scanned copy of PAN Card
2. Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card
3. Scanned passport-sized photograph
For Firm:
1. PAN card of Firm
2. Notarised Firm Declaration in Form B
3. Blue Print of the Project
4. Draft Agreement
5. Declaration for Encumbrances
6. Co-promoters Declaration in Form B
